For your convenience, group registration is offered for schools who need to purchase tickets for students in bulk for the annual convention. The school must designate a primary point of contact to complete the registration form and send over all registration details for each attendee prior to TBA. This includes:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Address

• T-Shirt Size (included in the registration fee)

• Allergy Restrictions

• Board position at school, if applicable

• NSNA membership number

• NSNA membership expiration date
